Ms. Otis Randle of Los Angeles, California (USA) sadly passed away on 24 December 2023, at the age of 110 years and 179 days. He was likely born on 28 June 1913, though his family claimed a 1911 birth year for him.
He was believed to have been the OLM in the USA (now Mr. Markoff).
