A previously unknown supercentenarian from Quebec, Canada, passed away on 26 October 2023, five days before her 112th birthday. She was born on 31 October 1911 and was the fourth oldest Canadian at the time of her death. Margaret Romans is now the oldest person in Quebec although she was already thought to be before
