He was the 7th oldest living man in Europe.
His successor as the oldest living British man is Hugh Kerr (SCO), born on October 9, 1915, in Paisley, Renfrewshire, and is the 13th oldest living man in Europe. The oldest living Englishman is William Staples, born on December 11, 1915, and the 15th oldest living European man.
He is the 12th oldest British man in history. His successor is 21, while the oldest living Englishman is 24.
He was from Derbyshire, so he was the oldest living man there until his death. Now, who would that person be? Does anyone know?
He is the 304th oldest man in history, the 185th oldest person in the United Kingdom, and the 82nd oldest man in European history.
He was the 12th oldest living person in the United Kingdom, the 86th oldest in Europe, and the 164th oldest in the world.

RIP
