09 - Asa Takii
Asa Takii was a survivor of the 1945 atomic bombing in Hiroshima. But I think she's a very underrated person.
Her information is scarce and many sources of her story are difficult to find on a Japanese web search.
It is truly amazing that she survived a large amount of radiation (the atomic bomb killed other her family) and lived to the age of 114.

I'll only mention a few supercentenarians that I have been in personal contact with in no particular order.
I have a lot of favorites in general (i.e Calment, Tanaka, etc etc etc - too many to list) so I'll do top 3 favorite SC I've found/researched:
In no particular order:
Antonio Ardon Soto (for being one of the earliest LA males discovered so far and being relatively closely related to another SC)
Julio Cesar Mora Tapia (for taking a GWR title with his wife)
Flaviano Jubane (for being Filipino, one of the very few non-Japanese Asian male SCs documented so far)
