I've finally located a photo (uploaded to her Find a Grave page a year and a half ago and not noticed until now) of Alice Moulthrop (November 15, 1858 - November 24, 1968). The photo is blurry but at least it's a photo of some kind, apparently taken on her 108th birthday.
