María Anastasia Colón Aponte (27 April 1891 - 28 October 2003) was a Puerto Rican supercentenarian whose age has recently been validated by LongeviQuest.

Where do you remember seeing it? I found it earlier today on Facebook, since one of her descendants has a few photos of her on his office wall.

After doing some more research, it turns out that this photo is actually of her mother, Valentina. I did find a few other photos of Maria Anastasia, though:
