I am saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Jørgen Kleemann - of Ippiarsuk, Nuuk, Greenland - who passed away on 11 May 2023, aged 100 years, 65 days. He was born on 7 March 1923 and was the Doyen of Greenland since the death of Anton Geisler (1919-2021) on 28 February 2021.

Rest in peace.

Rest in peace, Mr. Kleemann!

So, are there no longer male centenarians in Greenland? That's quite likely, as Mr. Kleemann was just a couple of months past his 100th birthday.

I don't think there are any known centenarians in Greenland now.

This actually might not be correct. @seto2001 just made me aware of the fact that there was a man born in 1921 still alive on 1 January 2023:
