Important to highlight: Panama's population in 1900 was comparable to Luxembourg's one. Panama wasn't even a country, in fact.

Well then, these two cases seem quite phenomenal, with a 112-year-old woman (however 112y/o are more popular in Latin America) and an 114-year-old man, who was OLM from 2019-2020 and from Latin America

Also, it is important to highlight that in LAS, our pending cases usually means: ''True case, but documentation not completed'' and not ''there is at least one documented supporting their age''. Which means, we pass through some steps and analyze well the case before making it pending. So on, we do not make pending every random claim with just 1 ''early life'' document even though it can be potentially be a ghost case, identity swapping, etc.

There is one New documented supercentenarian, born on 12 February 1912, but it hasn't been added to the Website yet due to not having been updated yet. It will probably be added tomorrow. But I wanted to highlight it because she is, for now, the Southernmost supercentenarian in history.
