Mrs Aki Kitano (北野あき) of Nagaizumi, Shizuoka, Japan has entered limbo, aged 110. She was born on 23 October 1915, and was last confirmed alive on 30 November 2025.

Sad news to hear.
This appears to have happened very quickly given the date at which she was last confirmed alive.
