Mrs Makiko Hasegawa (長谷川まき子) of Nagano City, Nagano, Japan has entered limbo, aged 111. She was born on 1 October 1911, and she was last confirmed alive on her 111th birthday.
Source (the surviving 110-year-old in Nagano City is a woman born in August 1912).
