This is the updated version of the list I posted on the 110 club, with some more cases added. Since most of this data comes from American WW2 draft cards, the vast majority of the known SC heights are for male American SCs, although I was able to gather the heights of several other cases as well. It would be too much work to include sources for every single case, but feel free to ask if you want to know where I got particular ones from.

SCs who I suspect were quite tall, but haven’t received confirmation for:
Bob Weighton
Alfred Date (I messaged his grandson on Facebook and he agreed that he was tall, but didn’t know the exact height)
Photos of Narcissa Rickman (the shortest known SC) and Melvin Campbell (the tallest known SC):
Robert Alexander Early at age 105, still taller than 6 foot-tall Richard Nixon:

It's kinda weird that WW1 draft registration cards didn't give actual heights, but in any case, Walter Richardson's says he was classified as "medium" height and "medium" build. Incidentally, his eye color is recorded as gray and his hair color as brown.
Valentino Stella was living in the US at the time of WW1. His height and build are both marked as "short", and his eye color is given as brown and his hair color as black.

Mendocino, thank you very much for the fantastic list!

Arthur Carter and Frank Sylvester are both listed as "tall" in their draft cards, although it's unclear as to how definitive this height category actually was.
WW1 discharge papers list exact height, which is how I was able to figure out Moses Hardy's height:
I've tried to find Harry Patch's height in his WW1 records, but I was unsuccessful.

Giovanni La Penna (1909-2020) was 160cm/5'3 in 2016:

I remember reading on a record that Juan Vicente Pérez Mora was 5'7", but I couldn't find the source. If I remember correctly I'm pretty sure Sarah Knauss was under 5'. Maybe 4'9? I also remember Kane Tanaka being short and Violet Brown being tall but again I cannot remember the source. I think it was on the 110 club. Salvatore Caruso looked very short in pictures, possibly around 4'9? I will try and see if I can find the sources, hope it helps.

Juan Vicente was 160cm in 1973, or roughly 5'3. I guess I forgot to post this here:
I already have Sarah's height (4'7) in my list at the start of this thread.
Salvatore Caruso was definitely extremely short.

I found Kane Tanaka's height listed at 5'3" on https://wikijay.com />kane-tanakas-height.
That height was almost certainly randomly generated by a bot, since those types of websites just use fake data. Based on photos, Kane Tanaka was definitely much shorter than that. In this screenshot, she's standing next to a politician who's only 5'4, yet he looks massive next to her:

I want to clarify something: Only WWII draft cards for men born in 1897 onwards listed the height of these men, right? WWII draft cards for men born before 1897 did not list these men's height, correct? At least not with exact precision.
Michael DeSantis - 5'8 / 173 cm
Can you please show us where exactly you found Michael DeSantis's WWII draft card, Mendocino? I tried finding it on familysearch.org and couldn't so far.
Also, what about Moon Fun Chin's (1913-2023) height? He has a WWII draft card too, right?
