I like to treat Latin America as a whole region due to the similarities of the culture, and not dividing it between South American, Central America and North America. I wasn't sure where to put this list, but since we don't really have ''real statistics'' for the oldest people in Latin America as in other countries, but we just randomly discover documented cases among many claims, I wanted to make a list about the Latin American cases documented in 2022 so far:

Has the LAS validated Ramona Echevarria (1896 - 2007) from Puerto Rico? I sent a validation summary to the GRG on the WOP group about five years ago.

I believe I did review her case, but wanted more evidence at the time. I will check again what was located and if more evidence is available.

About Arcenio Cobba Balcazar, a member of the italian team told me that, on the online family tree, it appears that a brother of Arcenio was born in December 1907.....

That brother was actually born in May 1910 according to his baptismal record.

Not possible though as Arcenio’s baptismal record is from 1907. Plus, we have several mid-life documents supporting 1906 (so the 1 year mistake started very early in his life)
