This is a map if the world of the dystopian novel 1984 were real. I haven't seen the movie, but I don't know the official flags for Eastasia and Eurasia anyway, so I put in my imaginary flags.
Oldest person ever from Oceania: Sarah Knauss, 119 years and 97 days, male: Christian Mortensen, 115 years and 252 days (born in Eurasia)
Oldest person ever from Eurasia: Jeanne Calment, 122 years and 164 days, male: Joan Riudavets-Moll, 114 years and 81 days
Oldest person ever from Eastasia: Kane Tanaka, 119 years and 107 days, male: Jiroemon Kimura, 116 years and 54 days - note: Kane Tanaka was born in the same year as George Orwell born.
If this fictional world were real, it would be too dystopian for humans to live healthy enough to reach 110 years old I think.

In the real world, we can look at the oldest verifiable people who have ever lived in a Communist country. That would be Tekla Juniewicz (1906-2022; lived 116y,70d) for women and Stanislaw Kowalski (1910-2022; lived 111y,356d) for men, correct? Both are from Poland, of course.
Would be interesting to look at data for the East Slavic countries separately since they were the most severely affected by Communism.
