Hello,

I am Chris, co-founder and Administrator of the European Supercentenarian Organisation and a former administrator at both the GRG and the 110 Club. I first got interested in supercentenarians in the mid 1990s after watching TV news features on Jeanne Calment and reading about her in the Guinness Book of Records.

Outside of supercentenarians, my main interests include history, travel and statistics. I have a large collection of history books and regularly listen to historical podcasts. I've been fortunate enough to visit over 60 countries and spent nearly three years travelling the world. I work as a data manager for an insurance company and have helped contribute towards a number of journal articles across a variety of fields.
