Katarina Marinic [Slovenian: Marinič] (née Gabrscek; 30 October 1899 – 2 September 2010) was a Slovenian supercentenarian who was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is also the oldest known person from Slovenia ever.
Katarina Marinič was born in Deskle, Austria-Hungary (now Littoral, Slovenia) on 30 October 1899. She married in 1929 to Rudolf Marinič. They never had children. Rudolf died in 1967. She had eight nephews and a centenarian niece living in Italy. She lived in a retirement home in Nova Gorica for the last 13 years of her life.
Marinič died in Nova Gorica, Littoral, Slovenia on 2 September 2010, at the age of 110 years and 307 days.
