Marita Camacho Quiros, a Costa Rica First Lady, has reached the age of 114 years and 61 days. She has now surpassed the age of Leila Denmark and become the oldest person ever notable for reasons other than their own longevity.

After Leila Denmark held this record for more than 13 years she has finally been surpassed.
