John Dada Obafemi of Nigeria sadly passed away on 22 November 2024 at the claimed age of 111 years, 186 days.
He was born on 20 May 1913.
Rest in peace.

He is the 8th oldest person in Nigerian history, the 6th oldest man in history (who is known and has a plausible age).
Currently the oldest person alive in Nigeria would be Emeka Tagbo, who was born in 1911/1912, but I have not found recent news about him.
Does anyone know anything?
