The Balkan Peninsula is a geographic area in southeastern Europe. 13 countries in total are lying on the Peninsula, but some countries such as Italy have only very small piece of land there. This list will only contain centenarians from the countries that have a large part of the territory on the Peninsula.

Todor Karagogov (Born 06.12.1913) Last confirmed alive on 7 December 2020, at 107. If he is still alive he is currently the oldest man in the Balkans and the oldest person in Bulgaria.
Can anyone check that. this is the Facebook page of his great-grandson Alexander.
He passed away on or prior to 3 May 2021 at the age of 107.

Todor Karagogov died on 3 May 2021, ok, Is it known who is currently the oldest living person in Bulgaria, Pena Pashova Last confirmed alive on her 106th birthday 02.02.2021, the question is whether she is still alive, there is no report of her death, and also not confirmed on her 107th Birthday 2022. (No confirmation).
If Pena Pashova is no longer alive, then Stojco Ivanov Stojcev is from the municipality of Nova Zagora, Nova is the OLDEST LIVING PERSON and a MAN IN Bulgaria. Source 105

Mrs Melanthia died in late December 2020. Her full name is Melanthia Kanavaki.

At the time, her two sisters were still alive at 102 and 93. In the summer of 2020 Melanthia met again with her youngest sister who lives in another village and photos and videos of them were published.

There are listed 4 people now (though I am not sure about Anthi Oikonomidi, there is no recent update).
I don't think these are the only 106+ persons in Greece. These are the cases which have been made public and we have found them. Many semi-supercentenarians don't come in the news until their death, or they probably don't come at all.

Ms. Viorica Hogaș of Suceava, Romania sadly passed away on November 25, 2023 at the age of 108 years old.
She was the oldest living woman in Romania (the oldest living person is Mr. Ciocan).

Ms. Bahtije Idrizi of Kosovska Mitrovica, Mitrovica District (Kosovo) sadly passed away on 15 February 2024 at the claimed age of 108 years, 285 days.
She was born in Mitrovica District, Kingdom of Serbia (present-day Kosovo) on 6 May 1915 and she was the second-oldest known living person in Kosovo at the time of her death (behind claim 110-year-old Xhezide Aliu).
She was the grandmother of the Kosovoan politician Valdete Idrizi.
