Greetings everyone,
we are very pleased to announce that we will now begin to collect wishes for Signora Sangenito’s upcoming 115th birthday!
Please send in your wishes, creations such as pic collages/your own personal drawings etc … anything you like to make Signora Sangenito happy on her special day.
IMPORTANT: Signora Sangenito doesn’t like to be called “Lucia”, she never uses this name. She likes to be called Signora Sangenito or Nonna Laurina.. so pleased in your messages address her as such.
You can send your wish here in a comment or if you prefer you can send your wish in a private message to myself. You can also email your wish to me at [email protected] or to Georg Fürholzer at [email protected] or to Ben Hinchliffe at [email protected]
The wish collection is also open on The 110 Club, LQ Facebook group.
IMPORTANT: the deadline for the collection is 19th November at 5pm CET. All wishes will then be collated by me and delivered by hand to Nonna Laurina in time for 22nd November.
PLEASE include your name rather than username and your country/city at the end of your message as it will mean far more to Nonna Laurina if she can see where in the world her wishes originate and who they are from.
I look forward to seeing everyone’s wishes and creations in the coming days!

Cara Nonna Laurina,
è con tanta stima e affetto che Vi porgo le mie più sincere congratulazioni per questo bellissimo traguardo raggiunto.
Arrivare a 115 anni è un dono che poche persone al mondo ricevono.
Possa il Signore custodirVi al meglio nella serenità del Vostro focolare domestico insieme alla Vostra meravigliosa figlia.
Vi voglio bene ed è stato un sommo orgoglio per me averVi conosciuto l'anno scorso.
Spero che il Signore possa permettermi di ritornare a trovarVi, a breve.
Ringrazio il nostro caro Francesco che riesce a visitarVi.

Let’s get some more birthday wishes in for Ms Sangenito.
115 is still a wonderful achievement these days. Ms Sangenito will only be the fifth Italian person to reach this age and she is also Europe’s 3rd oldest person.
Try and find 5 minutes to send something which I’m sure she will enjoy receiving.
