Ilyd Duncalfe Jones - of Mold, Flintshire, Wales - celebrates her (technically) 27th birthday today! She was born on 29 February 1916 in St Asaph, Denbighshire, Wales, making her 108 years old. She is the second-oldest known living person in Wales and the oldest known living person born on a leap day (though this is likely a joint title, I'd imagine there are maybe one or two others who are currently anonymous).
