Mrs. Angela Tiraboschi of Bergamo, Lombardy Region, Italy, turns 112 today.
She was born in Oltre il Colle, Bergamo, Lombardy Region, Italy on 19 April 1910.
She is the Doyenne in Italy

Our dear Charlesm09 (and his family) celebrated the 112th birthday... of Angela Tiraboschi, born April 19, 1910, in Oltre il Colle, Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy. They had spaghetti al pomodoro di Marcella Hazan, insalata con vinaigrette norvegese ai lamponi, and tiramisu.
First of all, dear Charles, I want to thank you for celebrating the Doyenne of my country.

No offense but I have to give you a tip from a friend...
Spaghetti al pomodoro and tiramisu are really great, the most typical italian dishes...
but not insalata con vinaigrette norvegese ai lamponi....
Italian salads are salad with tomatoes, salad, red onions of Tropea, even cabbage, cucumbers or radishes. I have almost never seen fruits in italian salad...and I was born here 45 years ago... Never Norwegian raspberry vinaigrette but only italian olive oil and wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar. 🙂
Sorry Charles for this post....just to improve your next italian dinner....Let's hope you'll have another one in the near future....

@ale76 We had made that salad dressing for a school project while we had a Norwegian friend staying with us and she brought us some raspberry jam from her farm. 🙂 Of course we knew that was not a usual Italian salad dressing ;).
Interested in supercentenarians since 27 July 2018.
First supercentenarian I learned about: Kane Tanaka (1903-2022)
