Elena Barrientos Clerc (16 February 1912) turned 110 a few months ago.
She was born and still lives in Punta Arenas city, Chile. It's the capital city of Chile's southernmost region.
This makes her likely the Southernmost SC in history.

Was she born on the 12th or 16th of February? I’ve seen both dates mentioned on the forum.
