Today Mrs. Maria da Conceição Brito turns 110 years of age. She was born in São Romão, Faro and lives in São Brás de Alportel, Faro.
She is the oldest known person ever from Faro District and Algarve. She is also the first known supercentenarian from the south of Portugal.
Maria da Conceição is the thirty known person to became a supercentenarian from Portugal.
Today a party is scheduled for the celebration of her 110th birthday at 4pm.
