Ms. Rosa Micaela Puertas of Palermo, Buenos Aires (ARG) celebrated her 111th birthday on September 29.

She was born in Argentina on 29 September 1912. 

She is currently the second-oldest known documented living person in Argentina, after Ms. Barletta.
