LQ confirmed that Tomiko Itooka [Japanese: 糸岡富子] celebrated her 115th birthday on 23 May 2023.
Mrs. Itooka is the world’s fourth oldest validated living person (behind María Branyas Morera, Fusa Tatsumi, and Edie Ceccarelli), the second oldest validated living person in Japan behind Ms. Tatsumi, and the oldest known living person in Hyogo Prefecture. She was born in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan on 23 May 1908 as the second (eldest daughter) of three siblings.

Great to see now several newest photos are published. There's many balloons in her birthday celebration, this is a rare case for Japan I think.
and the oldest known living person in Hyogo Prefecture.
Obviously, she is the oldest known living person in Hyogo but also since today she is the oldest person ever lived in Hyogo prefecture, if the GRG claim of Anonymous of Miki city's birth date was 29 April is true (there's no japanese source for her exact birthday).
