Ms. Gunborg Hancock of Stockholm, Stockholm c., (SWE) turned 112 y.o. yesterday.
She was born on 20 April 1912 in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland.
She is the OLP in Sweden and in all Nordic Countries.
She has been the oldest living person in Sweden since the death of 112 year old Flarid Lagerlund on 9 April 2022. A few months later, on 18 July 2022, she became the oldest living person in the Nordic countries following the death of Finland’s Astrid Qvist.

Something interesting – I've just learned Gunborg's father was an Olympic bronze medalist sailor.
