
Luisa Maggioni, the oldest living person in Espírito Santo, Brazil, celebrated her 113th birthday in Baixo Guandu. At the moment, she is the fourth-oldest (validated) living person in Brazil.
Luisa Maggioni was born in Fazenda da Serra, Mascarenhas, Baixo Guandu, Espírito Santo, Brazil on 19 July 1913. Her sister, Anna Maggioni (1915-2019), lived to age 104. She had eight children. She has spent most of her life in the countryside.
She currently has 30 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. Her oldest surviving child, José Pecinalli Filho (born 20 September 1934), is nearly 92 years old.
