Mr. Petro Timofeevich Motorny (b. on 5 November 1919?, 106?) was taken to Ireland from Mykolaiv (UKR) by his family due to the bombing of his city, and it is possible that he will stay there permanently. This means that Mr. Claffey could be no longer the oldest living man in Ireland.

...The absolute record holder and the oldest resident of Mykolaiv remains Petro Timofeevich Motorny — he is 106 years old (born November 5, 1919).

Petro Timofeevich celebrated his anniversary abroad: due to regular enemy shelling of Mykolaiv, his family evacuated his grandfather to Ireland. He now lives there with his children and grandchildren, but legally remains registered in Mykolaiv, and the city authorities congratulate him remotely....
