As with me researching Caribbean countries, I decided to research Dominica next.
List of oldest people from Dominica (106+)
NOTE: 1, 2, and 3 are almost certainly false.
This list is under construction. Also it seems as no 106-year-olds (or in fact 100-year-olds) will come soon according to a March 2022 article. Also Oscar Joseph was the only living male centenarian at that time, making the oldest living man go to under 100 if he dies before 2023.
Mr. Asher Timothy, the eldest resident of Dominica, is set to reach the remarkable age of 108 on Monday, April 28, 2025. Mr Timothy resides in Marigot.

Asher Timothy, a resident of Marigot, Dominica, celebrated his 108th birthday on 28 April. He is the nation’s oldest known resident. His birthday was reported a few days early by Dominica News Online.
Asher Maclaren Timothy was born on 28 April 1917. As a young man, he migrated to Guadeloupe, where he spent the majority of his life. In 1971, he returned to Dominica and worked as an overseer at the Melville Hall Estate.
Although he never married or had children of his own, he was regarded as a father figure by many in his community of Marigot. A dedicated labourer and tireless worker, he continued to spend most of his days tending to his garden even after reaching the age of 100.
It’s possible he became the nation’s oldest living resident following the passing of 110-year-old Anastasie Charles in May 2024.
