The Doyenne of Dominican Republic should be Ms. Lilian Gonzalez de Andujar (born 6 April 1911, 111).
She became the oldest known living person in Dominican Republic, following the death of 110-year-old Confesora Pena on 12 December 2020. She became the oldest living Dominican Republic-born person on 10 May 2021, following the death of 110-year-old Edilia Ramona Nunez (who died in the USA).
Ms. Gonzalez de Andujar currently lives in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

After the death of Ms. Gonzalez de Andujar, the new oldest known living person in Dominican Republic is an anonymous woman (A. R. M.), born on 30 November 1913, aged 108.

After the death of Ms. Gonzalez de Andujar, the new oldest known living person in Dominican Republic is an anonymous woman (A. R. M.), born on 30 November 1913, aged 108.
Her case is currently pending on LAS.
There's a video of her on TikTok that went viral on the Spanish-speaking side of the internet last year, with over 4 million views and 500,000 likes, so her "anonymity" is only a result of the fact that her name isn't publicly mentioned in any reports (we found her name in some Facebook posts instead). In the video, she's shown with her younger sister:

She claims to be born in 1910, but was later found to be 3 years younger, which explains why the text says she's "111".

Saturnino Peña, known as "Don Satu" (Born 11 May 1914), If his age is true, he may be the oldest known living man in the Dominican Republic.

The oldest documented living man in the Dominican Republic is Francisco Reynoso (b. 8 May 1914) of Salcedo, Hermanas Mirabal Province. He was married to Auralia Almanzar (19 Apr 1922 - 31 Jan 2023) for around 83 years.
