Note that China has many false claims, so I am only including Plausible ones. Male cases are blue.
Nice start, though obviously there is way more claims who could apply to be in top 10, but they probably went under the radar. I actually wanted to start a topic named "Claims from China", but for some reason I cannot find much new claimants (aged 110-114). I used to search for Chinese claimants for some time like 4+ years ago, and it used to be much easier - just searching for "110岁" was enough - multiple claims would appear. Nowadays, nothing...

Hello, thank you for the request, but I don't know how to put text in other languages.
Google their transcribed name - it should also lead you to an original version of their name. 😉
Out of curiosity, does anyone know who has been reported as the oldest CLAIMANT in China following the passing of Alimihan Seyiti? Just curious how old the "official oldest person" in the country is claimed to be.

No one has yet been reported as the oldest living person in China. However it seems the oldest claim now is Zhu Zhengshi (born 21 Sept 1900?)

Is it really possible to give someone the title of "China's OLP" when it's a country of 1.4 billion inhabitants, spurious age claims, and little prospect of the person in question being validated? How do you define "plausible", for instance?

The only claim on here who I'm fully convinced of is Shen Guangyuan, due to his biography. But even then, it's possible he could be a year younger from our perspective due to the East Asian age counting.
I'm also pretty confident that Yang Longsheng is the age claimed as well (his daughter is around 90, and he has some records from the 1950s stating his exact age), but the 1910 birth year in his case is almost certainly unconverted, so he would be born in 1911 in the West.

There's always a risk of slight age fudging. There's American immigration records from the 30s and 40s for Zheng Ji (under the other name he used, Lising T. Cheng), that give ages indicating birth in 1901 or 1902, for example.

@aquanaut_chalk He was last confirmed alive in July 2022 (in September 2022 he is no longer among the living). It supports that he died (after), fl.5 July 2022. (Maybe it wasn't an official confirmation)...
(The report mentions all centenarians from Shanghai who were alive on 30 September 2022), The two are no longer on the list (Tao Ruisheng and Chen Zhongbo)...

There is a rumor that Huang Changjiao, born in Jun 1909, being the oldest claimant in China, had died, but I didn't find anything, does anyone know anything?

He could become the first validated Supercentarian from China.
He was born on 1 November 1911 in Dayao County, Yunnan Province. Now he lives in Xuhui District, Shanghai. His validation would also mean that Mr. Pérez Mora never outlived every male from 1911.

https://longeviquest.com/2025/01/chinese-wwii-veteran-min-jingde-dies-just-before-110th-birthday/
Min Jingde, a veteran of the Chinese Civil War and World War II, passed away in Nanjing on 11 January, just days before his 110th birthday. His passing was first reported by the Beijing Daily (北京日报).
Min Jingde (Chinese: 闵敬德) was reportedly born on the first day of the first lunar month in 1915, during the Spring Festival. In the Gregorian calendar, this corresponds to 14 February 1915. He was born in a farmer’s family in Shiniu Village (石牛村), now Nianyushan Township in Shangcheng County, Henan Province. He was born into a poor family, and even on the day of his birth, the entire family could not afford a full meal. At the age of seven or eight, he began working for a landlord, doing tasks like plowing, weeding, and herding cattle. Despite his hard work, all he would receive at the end of the day was a bowl of leftovers. The landlord was reportedly abusive and, on one occasion, struck him with a wooden stick, causing injuries that left him unconscious for an entire day and night.
In 1930, he joined the Chinese Red Army. During the Second National Revolutionary War (1927–1937), he served in various capacities, including as a soldier in the Fourth Front Army and the 25th Army. He also held roles such as squad leader of the traffic team, platoon leader of the traffic team in the 15th Corps, and communications staff officer for the army.
He took part in the anti-“encirclement and suppression” campaigns at the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Revolutionary Base, the efforts to establish the Hubei-Henan-Shaanxi Revolutionary Base, and the Long March of the 25th Army. In 1935, he became a member of the Communist Party of China. During the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945), he held various positions, including platoon leader of the police communications platoon in the 344th Brigade of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army, company commander in the communications department, and several other roles.
After the founding of the People’s Republic of China on 1 October 1949, he held several key positions, including Chief of Staff of the 131st Division of the 44th Army of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Chief of Staff of the 3rd Division of the Naval Aviation Force, and Vice President of the Second Naval Aviation School.
In 1944, Min Jingde was appointed deputy chief of staff of the Fudong Independent Regiment (阜东独立团) of the New Fourth Army. During a battle in Fudong County (now Fucheng County), he was injured while leading his troops. After receiving treatment at a rear hospital, he recovered. While recuperating, he met Dr. Sun Yubing (孙玉冰), and the following year, the two were married. The couple had a daughter, Min Jiang (闵江).
