The oldest living person in Himeji, Hyōgo is 109-year-old Tome Tanaka (田中とめ), born between 1 September and 25 November 1912.

This means that a woman born between 27 November 1911 and 13 January 1912 has entered limbo, aged 109 (last confirmed alive on 26 November 2021).

Source.

I found out that Mrs. Tome Tanaka is reported as aged 110 as of 18 September 2022. So she was born between 2-18 September 1912.
