The oldest living person in Nagano Prefecture is 111-year-old Ms. Tokue Fujita (藤田とく江), (b. 1914.12.14) of Ueda City.
Also, the oldest living man in the prefecture—just as last year—is 108-year-old Mr. Jirō Kiuchi (木内治郎), (b. 1918.01.04) of Saku City.

Shiga (滋賀県)
The oldest living person in Shiga Prefecture is 111-year-old Ms. Sawa Muraji (村治サワ), (b. 1915.03.05) of Ōtsu City.
The second-oldest living woman is 110-year-old Ms. Hatsu Okutani (奥谷はつ), (b. 1915.11.05) of Takashima City. (I will write about this in a separate thread later, but this means that Ms. Masa Kotake of Aishō Town—who was the second-oldest woman last year—has sadly entered "Limbo.")
Meanwhile, the oldest livng man in the prefecture remains 109-year-old Mr. Masanao Yoshida (吉田正直), (b. 1917.04.25) of Takashima City.

Chiba (千葉県)
For the third consecutive year, the oldest living person in Chiba Prefecture is a 113-year-old woman of  Kimitsu City whose name has not been disclosed. As you all probably know, she has already became ''the oldest person ever to have lived in Chiba Prefecture''.
Also, the oldest living man is also 109-year-old Mr. Eito Kowase (強瀬衛人), (b. 1917.04.01) of Minamibōsō City, marking the third consecutive year he has held this distinction. (It seems he moved from Tateyama City to Minamibōsō City.)
In addition, there are one 112-year-old woman, one 111-year-old woman, three 110-year-old women, and four 109-year-old women living here.

And once again this year, Okinawa Prefecture has released its list of the top 10 oldest living residents!
And upon seeing the materials this time, I was surprised and disappointed... The fact is that Okinawa Prefecture—once known as a region with a large number of long-lived people—currently has not a single supercentenarian.

The oldest living person in Saga Prefecture is 108-year-old Ms. Masa Yauchi (矢内マサ), (b. 1918.07.25) of Saga City.
Also, the oldest living man in the prefecture is 106-year-old Mr. Masaki Kusaba (草場正毅), (b. 1920.03.05) of Karatsu City.

The oldest living person in Tochigi Prefecture is a 109-years-old Toku Matsushita (松下トク, b. 18.02.1917). The oldest living man is a 108-years-old Akifusa Komaba (駒場明房, b. 01.09.1918)

Fukushima Prefecture has released its annual list of the top five oldest residents, categorized by gender!

Gifu and Kanagawa have released their statistics and:

Gifu's oldest living person remains the exact same as last year with Sei Satō at 112, and Osamu Ōhata at 106 (almost 107) now as the oldest man after the death of Kōji Yokota in December of last year. Source: u.lg.jp/page/390666.html

Kanagawa's oldest living person also remains the exact same as last year with Ayako Kyōtani at 112 (almost 113), and the oldest man is Anonymous of Kawasaki at 109. As far as I know, I have not heard any information indicating that Ms. Toyozato has passed away. At this stage, it seems we have no choice but to consider her to be in "Limbo."

 

Ōsaka (大阪府)
The oldest living man and living woman in Ōsaka Prefecture remain the same as last year.
First, the oldest living woman—and the oldest living person in the entire prefecture—is 113-year-old Ms. Koyū Morita (森田コユウ), (b. 1913.07.12) of Matsubara City.
The oldest living man is 111-year-old Mr. Ryōji Shinoda (篠田錂治), (b. 1914.11.30) of Suita City.

Fukuoka (福岡県)
I was shocked once again when I saw the data released by Fukuoka Prefecture...
The oldest living woman in Fukuoka Prefecture—and the oldest living person in the entire prefecture—is  111-year-old Ms. Tome Mizogami (溝上トメ), (b. 1914.10.25) of Kitakyūshū City. (In other words, this means that Ms. Haruko Onizuka of Mizumaki Town who had been publicly recognized as the oldest living person in the prefecture for two consecutive years since September of the year before last—has, regrettably, entered a state of limbo. I will summarize this later in a separate thread.)
In addition to this, there is one 110-year-old woman and eight 109-year-old women.
The oldest living man is 107-year-old Mr. Kumaki Yasaka (八坂熊喜), (b. 1919.01.07) of Ogōri City.

The oldest living person in Kochi Prefecture is Tsuya Imanishi(今西 艶). She lives in Konan city and she was born on 15, June 1915.

Also, Yaeko Terada(寺田 八重子) who was born in 1918 lives in Kochi city.

The oldest lving person in Tottori Prefecture is Ms. Taki Sakamoto (坂本たき), (b. 1916.10.26) of Tottori City.
The oldest living man is 105 years old; his name and place of residence are not disclosed. His age is listed as ''105 years and one month'', so he was likely born around August 1921.

Nara Prefecture is in an unusual situation. According to the data, the oldest living person in the prefecture is a 110-year-old man lives in Nara City whose name has not been disclosed. As you all know, he was born on September 25, 1915.
The oldest living woman is 109-year-old Ms. Misako Tōjō (東條 美佐子), (b. 1917.01.10). As shown in the image, this document does not state which municipality she lives in; I tried looking into her a bit, but unfortunately, I was unable to find anything.

Hyōgo (兵庫県)
The oldest living person of Miki City, Hyōgo Prefecture, is 112-year-old Ms. Tomeo Wada (和田とめを). She was born in May 1914.
Also, the oldest living man in the city is 104-year-old Mr. Kenji Watanabe (渡邊建治).

On September 17, 2026, the Governor of Kumamoto Prefecture visited Ms. Setsu Sugahara of Ōzu Town—the prefecture's oldest living person—to celebrate her longevity.
