Robert Charles Noonan was born on November 14, 1917, in Buffalo, New York, and died on July 2, 2026, in Cheektowaga, New York, at the age of 108 years and 231 days.
He was the oldest living man in New York and the 26th oldest man in the state's history.
His successor is Mitchinson "Mitchie" James—the 31st oldest man in New York's history—who was born on January 26, 1918, in South Rivers, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and lives in New York City.
He was the 16th oldest living man in the US
