Mr. Pawel Frydman (OLP in Sweden) sadly passed away in Stockholm on 2 September 2023, aged 109. He was born in Gmina Zamosc, Lublin Voivodeship, Russian Empire (now Poland) on 20 June 1914.

Mr. Frydman became the oldest known living man in Sweden following the death of either Mr. Vestlund or Mr. Berggren on 5 October 2020 (their precise times of death are unclear).
He became the oldest known living Polish-born man, as well as the last known surviving Polish-born man born in 1914, following the death of Mr. Pelka on 17 July 2023. He is also the last-surviving Polish man born before the outbreak of World War I.
Mr. Rudengren (born 12 December 1914) is the new OLM of Sweden.
