Mrs. Helen Rosemary Phyllis Vincent of Wallingford, Oxfordshire, England (UK) sadly passed away on 9 November 2025, aged 109 years and 165 days.
She was born on 28 May 1916.
She was one of the 20 known OLP in the UK.
