Mr. Pere Quintana Colomer of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain sadly passed away on 11 September 2026 at the age of 109 years, 236 days.

He was born in Arenys de Mar, Catalonia, Spain on 18 January 1917, as one of ten children. 

At the time of his death he was the 4th known OLM in Spain.
