(Not a recent death but so far no one found out this lady has passed away.)
Eslin Mulgrave-Collins - of Mt. Horeb, St. James, Jamaica - passed away on 15 February 2021 at the age of 111.
She was born on 2 April 1909. At the time of her death, she could have been the oldest living person in Jamaica.

"My grandmother of 111 yrs and 10 months transitioned to be with the Lord Jesus today. Great lady who loved the Lord. Two things I can vividly remember of her. She read the Bible everyday and she did crochet. ... well she also pleaded with my parents to not beat me. I always loved when she visited as I may have been spared a beaten or two... or three. Mrs Eslin Collins I love you but Jesus loves you more. Until we meet on that glorious day tataa."
"Thanksgiving service for the life of Mrs. Eslin Collins will be held at Mount Horeb United Church, St. James, Jamaica on Thursday March 04, 2021 @11:00 am."

She would have turned 113 just a few days ago.

No, I'm not aware of any early-life document being located so far, however I did not use a question mark since her age is not too extreme and we already had multiple documented cases from Jamaica older than her.
