Unfortunately, Blanca Cuitiño's son confirmed the death of his mother. He was born in the city of Rosario, department of Colonia and died in the same town on March 20, 2022.
A candidate for the oldest woman in Uruguay is Monica Rodríguez (May 4, 1914) whose last confirmation of her life was in June 2021 or she could be an older lady and still anonymous.She could also be the claim of Maria Virgen Rojas (November 22, 1910) but there is no evidence of the beginning of life that proves or refutes her age.
The documented PLO of Uruguay is Julio Augusto Varela (March 4, 1913)
