Ms. Mary Gwendoline Moore of Bongaree, Queensland (AUS) sadly passed away on 31 March 2023 at 111 years, 119 days.
She was born on 2 December 1911 in Tredegar, Wales, UK.
She was the Doyenne of Australia.
She became the oldest known living person in Australia, following the death of 111-year-old Ms. Reid, on 13 May 2022.
Her sister, Ms. Priest (b. on 7 November 1908) who died in Swanage, Dorset, England (UK) on 6 June 2021 at the age of 112 years, 211 days, was the Doyenne of the United Kingdom at the time of her death.
RIP Ms. Moore.

RIP, Mrs Moore.
Note that the YouTube Memorial Video shows yet another claimed DOB for Mrs Moore. (There's something interesting going on with the issued date of her birth certificate; this is why ESO/LQ hasn't validated her yet - we're trying to locate evidence closer to her birth.)
