Ms. Agnes Boström of Älandsbro, Västernorrland County, Sweden sadly passed away during the morning of saturday 16 November 2024 at the age of 112 years, 201 days.
She was born as Agnes Cecilia Eriksson in the village of Tarasjönäs, near Ramsele, Västernorrland County, Sweden, on 29 April 1912, the fifth child of eight children of Erik-Petter and Anna-Märta Abrahamsson.
On 16 October 2024, following the passing of 112-year-old Gunborg Hancock, she became the oldest living person in Sweden, as well as the oldest living person in the Nordic countries, at the age of 112 years, 170 days.
She was the 2nd Oldest Person Ever lived in Sweden behind Ms. Zachrison (who lived 113 years old and 0 days).

Agnes was one of my favourite supercentenarians. She'll be missed greatly.
