Ms. Frances Byers of Louisa County, Virginia (USA) sadly passed away few days ago, aged 111.
She was born Frances Mae West on 23 January 1915 in Montpelier, Hanover County, Virginia, United States.
Following the death of Ms. Berry on 16 May 2026, she became the oldest living person in Virginia.
Rest in peace.
