Mrs. Yasue Saitō (斎藤保江) from Sumida, Tokyo, Japan sadly has entered limbo, aged 112.
She was born on July 17, 1913, and was last confirmed alive on January 1, 2026.
EXPLANATION:
Saito-san, as I've discovered, was resided (or was registered) in Yokoami-2-chōme (横網二丁目 (35/130 in much documents)).
Firstly, she is also the only person in Sumida to reach 104 years of age between July 2 and October 1, 2017.
Secondly, for the entire period from October 1, 2017 to January 1, 2026, there was a one woman 104+ years old in Yokoami-2-chōme, and the value was never zero. Also, no one person in Yokoami-2-chōme has ever reached 104 years old.

Thank you for the thorough explanation, Mr. Tsubaki - although it's sad to see she's ended up in limbo, it's also a silver lining that she did get to see 2026.
In a similar fashion, would it be possible to determine is Mrs Ueda is still alive? Or don't we know her residence within Sumida?
Overduidelijk misschien.
