I think it's worth mentioning that Gwen Moore's birth record actually lists her DOB as 2 December 1911, although I wouldn't be surprised if her baptismal record supported 27/28 November, since sometimes those documents can have mistakes. 

Mrs. Duisberg lives in Chile now, not Argentina, not usual situation where a case moves in another country during their supercentenarian years...

There might actually be a different reason for that DOB on her birth certificate, looking at the date when the birth was registered.

Criticizing in overly didactic way is easy. Being constructive and diligent for this forum would be appreciated. 

@stoa-oid A correction is not a criticism and should not be taken as any sort of personal slight (Few, of course, has not done so) but merely as a correction to a mistake which is very easy to make (the title of the thread doesn't actually mention this condition for inclusion on the list). This is a plain statement of fact and is in no way "overly didactic". Correcting an understable mistake in a polite manner is constructive and diligent, whereas attacking another user and trying to sow division most certainly is not. A more constructive approach to interacting on this fourm would be appreciated, as would a greater focus on making positive contributions for the benefit of fellow members.

A couple of points are worth noting here.

Firstly, I agree that the title allows a far greater range of candidates than those currently considered, which (as noted) tend to basically be Europeans who emigrated to another continent. So the title could be reconsidered.

Secondly a list of those who moved within Europe could be constructed and/or added to this one.

With the significant changes in borders that have occurred in Europe since, say 1870 when supercentenarian numbers began to escalate, we have others who changed nations, whilst largely staying where they were.

The italian team solved Abate's case: Olga Domenica Creosina vid. Abate was verified as born on 20 May 1913 in San Lorenzo, Reggio Calabria, Calabria Region, Italy and passed away on 5 June 2024 in Melbourne, Australia, aged 111 years and 16 days. She really was the Doyenne of Australia at the time of her death. She will be validated, hopefully, by ESO and LQ.
