There are others who appear to have made 109 and been the (currently known) WOP such as Mary Crow, John Francklow, William Kramer, Marie Montemurro, Samantha Nellis and of course Kirsti Skagen.

It appears Ann Pouder may now have been validated down to 109, so perhaps there is a precedent (of sorts), where the person who was reasonably believed to be the WOP at the time, can perhaps be validated.

Alma Abernathy (USA, 7 Dec 1865 - 31 Jan 1978, 112) (first known supercentenarian in Indiana, US),

She's listed as being born on December 7, 1866 on the GRG's pending SCs list (made a while back), but that list was made before we found her 1870 US Census entry, which supports an 1865 birth year for her. She herself had always claimed to be born in 1865, which is very likely correct for her.

As a side note, I wish that LQ would allow an easy feature that would allow people to see which people verified which specific cases. For instance, if one wants to take a quick look at all cases verified by so-and-so, it would be nice to have a single page showing this, you know?

This exact feature already exists, though. All you need to do is click on the validator's name listed on the SC profile and click the "validations" tab. For example:
