“Complete validation”?? We don’t even have a single document proofing their age (later life ID cards aren’t proofs)

@coyote77 is their any evidence against Elias Chavez Alvarez's age? I couldn't find anything to disprove his age, but that doesn't mean he's 115.

I found a birth record for an Elias Chavez Alvarez dated 03 January 1925, but the city and region are NOT a match. Only the country matches. I highly doubt it belongs to him.

@metajore they changed it back to pending, so either he was validated privately that was accidentally made to public, or when they updated his page to relfelct people who have surpassed him they put in the wrong status

Tomiko Osaki  (JPN, 2 March 1914 - 3 March 2024, 110) validated by LQ on 2 Apr 2024.

At the time of her death, based on all validations to date, Mary Royster appears to have been the 3rd oldest person of all time, and the second oldest to have died.

At that stage she was behind Augusta Holtz whom had already passed away at 115-79, and Jeanne Calment who was almost 2 months older and still living of course.

Lydie Vellard was almost a month older than Mary, but had passed away 11 days earlier than Mary's passing.
