You're forgetting that Alf Smith was also born on the same day as those two although he died before Clulow. And the second-oldest person in UK during part of Weighton/Hocquard's reign was born only a day after them - Violet Davies-Evans (she was also born on the exact midpoint between Edie Ceccarelli and Tomiko Itooka's births as I just figured out)
