Aline Blaïn was born in Tulette, Drôme, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France on 10 August 1911. 

She studied her entire career to teaching in Drôme. Since 2013, she has been living with the Beau Soleil nursing home. She first entered a nursing home at the age of 90.

She is currently the fourth-oldest known living person in France, after Ms. Tessier, Ms. Bertoletto and Ms. Bécarmin.
She is the oldest known living person in Vaucluse department, as well as the oldest known living person in Provence-Alpes-Cote-d'Azur.

As of November 7, 2024, she lives in Valreas, Vaucluse, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France.
