She looks great e. those photos, not much has changed since the age of 109/113.

Now that we are practically in the last years of the 1900-1909 decade, I am very interested in who are the deans of the 1910s in the different countries.

For example, Domenica Ercolani from Italy (1910)

Or Seki Yoshida, Kikue Taira (1910) both from Japan.

However, we are still far from the end of the decade 1900-1909.

Kane Tanaka (1903-2022) my favorite supercentenarian of all time.

Translated French Wikipedia article

One thing to note is that she has a 70-year-old granddaughter (maybe older depending on when it was written). That could potentially be the oldest person with a living grandparent

Marie-Rose Tessier née Bousseau is a French supercentennial, born on May 21, 1910 (113 years old) in Beaurepaire in Vendée1.

She became the dean of the French following the death of Lucile Randon on January 17, 20232.

Biography

Marie-Rose Bousseau was born on May 21, 1910 in Beaurepaire, in the north of the Vendée department in the Pays de la Loire region, on a farm called Les Rédaillères3.

His father, Alexis Auguste Bousseau (1868-1935) was a farmer and his mother, Marie Ernestine Rose Durand (1876-1962) was a housewife. His parents married in 18984.

Marie-Rose was the youngest of the couple's four children and the only daughter. She did not know any of her grandparents, all of whom died before her birth, at the age of forty or fifty4.

Marie-Rose experienced the First World War, for which her father was not mobilized because of her age4.

She married Auguste Charles Tessier (1904-1944) on November 14, 1927 in Ardelay4. From her marriage were born two daughters: Denise Marie Rose Augustine (1928-2020)5 and Yvette Louise Eugénie (1929-2010)6. She is the grandmother of a 70-year-old granddaughter in 20237.

On April 18, 1944, when she was only 33 years old, Marie-Rose became a widow because her husband died under bombs during the Second World War in the Aisne8,4 in Tergnier.

None of his known ancestors had a particular longevity. His father died at the age of 66. Only his mother was over 80 years old, as well as two of his three brothers, who died at 86 and 93 years old4.

Since 2010, she has lived in an EHPAD, in Les Sables d'Olonne7.

She became the oldest of the French following the death of Lucile Randon on January 17, 20232.
