Santos Cruz Flores is a Mexican Supercentenarian claimant who is celebrating his claimed 114th birthday today! Happy birthday Santos!
He claims to have been born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico on 01 November 1909.
If his age is true, he would be the 2nd oldest living man in the world, after Juan Vicente Pérez Mora, the 1st man in the history of Mexico to reach the age of 114, and the 8th man in history to reach the age of 114. (12th if we add the cases of Alves, Mendoza, Figuereo, and Gerneth)
I'll post confirmation of his birthday, as soon as I get word from his grandson.

Santos Cruz Flores's 114th birthday confirmed
According to his grandson, he is still in relatively good health, although his eyesight is starting to fail. Praise God, that his 114th birthday has officially been confirmed! Praise God, the most high!
